WinCraft is built by TechBees Bee LLC under the TechBees brand. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and the password you set (stored securely via Supabase Auth). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We store the wins you log, any tags you apply, and the display name you set in your profile.
We do not collect payment information. We do not run ads. We do not sell your data.
Your wins and profile information are used to provide the app, displaying your wins back to you and generating AI outputs from them. AI outputs (summaries, resume bullets, skills analysis, performance review drafts) are generated by sending your wins to the Anthropic API. Anthropic's use of that data is governed by their privacy policy at anthropic.com.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the US. Each user's data is private to them. We use row-level security to enforce this at the database level.
We use cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
If you use WinCraft in demo mode without creating an account, any wins you enter are stored only in your browser session and are never saved to our database.
You can delete individual wins at any time. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at support@techbees.me and we will process the request within 14 days.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
