These terms govern your use of WinCraft, operated by TechBees Bee LLC under the TechBees brand. By using WinCraft, you agree to these terms.
WinCraft is a personal wins-tracking tool. It lets you log professional accomplishments and uses AI to help you articulate and present them. It is intended for individual, personal use.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use WinCraft. One account per person.
The wins and notes you enter are yours. You grant TechBees a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service, including sending it to the Anthropic API to generate your AI outputs. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.
Use WinCraft for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in any way that would violate applicable law.
WinCraft uses the Anthropic API to generate summaries, resume bullets, skills analysis, and performance review content. These outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Review all AI-generated content before using it professionally.
We aim to keep WinCraft available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
WinCraft is provided as-is. We make no warranties about its fitness for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, TechBees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WinCraft.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of WinCraft after changes constitutes acceptance.
